Shipment
When products are ordered they are shipped on the same working day(monday-friday before 3pm) All shipments are sent via Royal Mail or Ups.Deliverys can take 1/2 days. Any order over the value of £30.00 are sent recorded post and need to be signed for. If order's need to be sent in normal post you must email us at sales@mothcontrol.co.uk.
Online Payments
All online payment are via paypal. Telephone payment can be made. If you are paying by telephone please contact Peter or email us and we will call you back.
Returns
You can return any product within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if the product is not needed or faulity
